We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary, so here's our 15-day Return Policy designed for our fellow Jedi and Sith enthusiasts:

 

🌌 15-Day Galactic Return Window: You have 15 days from the moment your lightsaber lands in your hands to initiate a return. This is your opportunity to decide if your lightsaber truly resonates with your Force.

 

🌌 Return Eligibility: To keep your return as smooth as the flight of the Millennium Falcon, ensure your saber is unscathed and unaltered, just as it was when it first arrived, with all original tags and packaging. Remember, the original receipt or proof of purchase is your ticket to a successful return. Keep in mind, any journey back to us will be at your expense, as we continue to invest in the quality of our sabers.

 

🌌 How to Initiate a Return: Ready to send your saber back to our Jedi Temple? Simply reach out to us at jedicouncil@legionsabers.com, and we’ll guide you through the return hyperspace route. Please note, returning a saber without contacting us first is like trying to navigate an asteroid field – not recommended.

Damages and Galactic Mishaps: If your lightsaber arrives not in prime condition, or if the Force has brought you the wrong item, contact us immediately. We're committed to rectifying any galactic mishaps and ensuring your satisfaction.

 

Exceptions to the Rule: Just like certain paths of the Force, some items don't follow the usual route. We can't accept returns on perishable items, custom creations tailored to your unique Force signature, or personal care goods. Got questions about your particular item? Reach out to us, and we'll clarify the Force's guidance on it.

 

Final Sales and Gift Cards: Remember, sales items and gift cards are like rare kyber crystals – once they're yours, they're yours forever.

 

Exchanges: Eager for a different saber? The quickest way is to return your current one and, once accepted, choose a new one that calls to you.

 

Refunds: As soon as we receive and inspect your returned saber, we'll communicate through the Force (or email, if you prefer) about your refund status. If approved, your refund will glide back to your original payment method. Patience, young Padawan, as it may take some time for your bank or credit company to process this.
